Much of Mr. Goldman’s practice is devoted to business, commercial and contract related litigation. Mr. Goldman’s clients include financial institutions, credit unions, real estate developers and management companies, health care providers, oil/gas companies, corporations, businesses, and individuals.
Criminal Defense
Mr. Goldman has an extensive criminal defense practice, ranging from sophisticated white collar defense work, including RICO actions, financial fraud, securities fraud, to drug, street crime, and DUI/traffic cases. He has represented clients in over 350 Federal Court criminal cases, and hundreds of state court criminal cases.
APPELLATE LITIGATION
Mr. Goldman represents clients in complex state and federal appeals. His experience includes preparing appellate briefs and presenting oral arguments before appellate courts, including the United States Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the Fourth Circuit.
DOMESTIC RELATIONS & LITIGATION
Mr. Goldman also practices family and domestic relations law in Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland, including separation, divorce, custody, property/equitable distribution and support matters.
